H&Y Construction, Inc. was established in 1987.  Our company continues to grow and expand within our industry, as we remain focused on the simple concepts that have brought us success: high quality workmanship, organization, communication and a relentless willingness to please our customers.  H&Y Construction, Inc. works very hard to maintain longstanding relationships with our customers, employees, architects and suppliers.

H&Y has completed many types of construction projects from home building and remodeling to new and renovated commercial/industrial projects and speculative building.  This flexibility has enabled us to build a core of experience that keeps us strong and versatile in a changing business.

Where do we work?

H&Y works in Greenwich, Fairfield,  New Haven, Litchfield, Middlesex, Hartford, New London, Tolland, Windham, Westchester, Putnam, Orange, and Duchess Counties.  We have built homes in Kent, Redding, Weston, Brookfield, Danbury, Bethel, New Milford, New Fairfield, and many more places.
