Bill Hoadley
Founder and Vice President

We founded H&Y Construction, Inc. in Monroe, CT in 1987, tackling a neighbors deck project. We continued doing small projects and self performing work for a few years. By the early 90's we were doing mid-size residential additions and renovations. In 2000 we were awarded a job in Westchester County neighborhood where we were told by the client that if we did a good job we would never leave that neighborhood. We are still there today, doing great projects and enjoying our trade.

Dave Fusaro
Senior Project Manager

Dave has a 20 plus year tenure at H&Y and has eagerly and professionally worked his way into a senior project manager position. He is the youngest brother of the H&Y management family and adds a more current philosophy to the company. While we rarely listen to him, he is extremely likeable and is great at his job. More than one of his clients has suffered from contractor seperation anxiety at project completion.
